  • Current version of Emergency Service Application is on Web Basis system to support 112 Call Center. The functionality is from receiving call through 112 Call Center (L1), releasing escalation to Dispatcher (L2), assignment Ticket to Field Responder (L3) until closing ticket by Dispatcher (L2)
  • The new version of Emergency Service Application has been improved with advantages technology, which is Mobile Application System to ease Citizen and Field Responder to response incident that need emergency action.
